[Vwdiesel] cam lock -- Pump Lock

I always fit a long pry bar through the holes in the cam sprocket to take
the torque when loosening the bolt. I don't like to ask the cam to take the
twist.
There is a "Special Volkswagen Tool" for the job, but lots of different bars
will go throught the holes in the sprocket to provide reverse leverage.

(Must grab some rebar and the torch and make that "special Tool")
