[Vwdiesel] cam lock -- Pump Lock

No, who would do that? But...... I did leave the dial
indicator screwed into the injection pump once and
then tried to start the Jetta, being in a hurry and
forgetting to remove it. Before that I used to  laugh
at the "Do not start car with tool installed" warning
sticker on the dial indicator box, thinking who would
be dumb enough to do that!
