For off-road use only, of course....
You'd need a vacuum switch, two diodes, and a few odd bits of wire. Take a
look at this discussion thread or do a search there for "Epsilonian" and all

This is a somewhat dated procedure, though, as pretty much the same thing
can be done by turning down the duty cycle of the EGR valve using Vag-Com.
