Shouldn't be much of a change in oil pressure. Some vehicles show a
fair drop in pressure at an idle but many don't or still have ~30 psi or
more,
which is plenty to lubricate a turbo. Heck 2 psi is enough pressure so long
as you have flow, but not recommended.
The turbo will spin down fairly quickly if the air flow across it is
reduced.
So long as the engine is still running then there is oil to lubricate and
cool down the housing. The after running you do with a turbo is to cool
down the housing so that it's not hot enough to coke the oil that's in it.
