There are two things that will POISON you rabbit    HEAT  and Low lubricety=
 of fuel. Not for me to tell you what to do , so let me tell you how I solv=
ed the two problems.
Heat first. Sprayed the (fan belt??)  ok the veebelt with dressing,rosin. O=
n the 1.5 L engines sped up the Waterpump to equal the 1.6L speed.(used 1.6=
 pulleys).Made sure that glycol ratio was on the high side of water.And kee=
p the level high.Used  the coldest thermostat available.For you electric ne=
rds, yes I installed manual override and Indicator light on dash.Would rath=
er wear out fan than Twist cylinderhead.The waterpump is a piece of cake to=
 remove , O ringed to block.I got one here ,where radsealer had welded to t=
he impeller (screw) so hard it had to be blasted.Not a lot of pumping there=
 at any RPM.
