I know you wont belive me but the thermo bimetalic idea was what I was going
to proffer...but I've been too busy these last few days creating one house
from 2, and have only just stopped because I've just broke off the water stop
valve out in the garden that serves 2 other neighbours...luckily its failed
partially open so there is a reduced flow...but I needed it off to do some
work...drat
