Basically the same, but have some water wetter or stuff to prevent
cavitation on cylinder liners.  There was talk once that diesel antifreeze
would not take out mains and eods if your pan filled up with the stuff.  I
take this with a grain of salt. Teaspoon maybe. dunno, anyone else heard
this?  You could just buy some water wetter and drop it in is my guess.
Everything is cast/aluminum/steel now, there is no such thing as single
alloy engines anymore.
