[Vwdiesel] slow running

[TexasTDI]

Oil in the coolant reservoir is usually a sign of a blown head gasket.

My 1.6D easily goes 70mph on Texas highways.  I've even gone 75mph on those
very rare occasions when I had to pass someone.
