[Vwdiesel] missing pieces

My '81 was like this, there were (supposed to be) two bolts at the base of the A/C bracket that it pivoted on and then the
tensioner.  Seems that the holes in the bracket and the threaded holes in the compressor were different sizes, the threaded
holes being much smaller.  They the slight amount of play and the small bolt size, the bolts would fatigue and eventually shear
off making the compressor twist and get loose in the bracket.  I fixed it as follows:

You A2 may have a different setup, but the fix may be similar.  I had the bolts replaced once with stock parts, but it only
lasted a short time.
