It's not all VW's fault. If we had the same ULSD everywhere is the US like
they do in Europe we could us better pollution control devices.
Thanks to the 2004 emissions and our crappy diesel, TDI's will no longer be
available in California and the other 4 states that mirror CA's ultra-tough
emissions standards.
