could care less whether it's dangerous or not. Or maybe that's part of the
fun. Anyway, I think the idea that small cars are dangerous is absurd. If you're
paying attention, you won't get hit.
   I really like the approach the Brits are taking in London, a special permit
to drive a big car in the city. Maybe what we need are heavy license fees for
big cars.
