´Fuel quality is all over the map here in Canada ,and price is 75.9 cents a litre (24feb2003).
Some years ago I got some fuel that was way off on lubricity and cetane number.decided to investigate---CYA and more CYA --in the end Shell oil had to admit they made a mistake.Turned out that the tanker picked up the load in California and it was directed to this town by radio ---the bulkplant was short on fuel.It was supposed to go way up north.I still have a sample ---shell does not like that LOL.  Hagar  keeps showing it to people who needs convincing   that OIL companies can not be trusted.It was sold to me as top of the line # 2 diesel.So start paying attention to your fuel.       Hagar.
