In short, no need for an additional additive.

Limited first hand emphirical evidence...the local airport owner has used
Jet-A for well over a decade in his construction and snow removal
equipment without any pump problems.  Numerous other reports show no
maintenance based problems with JetA.

I put a high weighting factor on the local airport operator, as I am
very familiar with his operation, and the hours he's put on his
equipment.

There are also specs on JetA, which will verify lubrication properties,
if you want to verify numbers.
