[Vwdiesel] winter hijinks

On the '85 Jetta a 17 MM wrench loosens the idler pulley nut, then a 13 MM
wrench is used to adjust the idler pulley out to tighten the Alt. belt. Also, if
the A/C compressor belt is tightened, the alternator belt will loosen, since the
A/C pulley drives the alternator.
