[Vwdiesel] Cold weather stalling.

It could be water in the fuel. When it freezes in the fuel line it gives
just those symptoms and will not always cause the glowplug light to flash.
Or it could be a leaking head gasket, which would also explain the
flashing coolant light. It is low.
