  The A1 hinges come off REAL easy.  They amount to a kind of a "J" shaped
piece of metal.  The hood end has two bolts holding it to the hood.  The
body end is simply a hole that slides over a pivot.  A retaining clip slips
over the end of the pivot stud to keep it on.
