[Vwdiesel] Injection pumps Bosch 107 A --- again.(5000 dollar pump)

I'd just like to know an easy way to get the old main shaft seal out. I'm lucky I did not ruin my pump trying to get it out because it was so tight. Anyone know a neat trick?
