[Vwdiesel] How many of you froze up?

Actually, all the new reports about this "cold wave" are hilarious. It isn't
even very cold -- up North, I mean. It's gotten down to 6 below or so here -- it
used to hit 25 below regularly. And I can remember when living in northern MN
when we would have several periods every Winter when it would not only get down
to 25-30 below every night, but *never* get above zero during the day for weeks
at a time. In fact, when I was logging, I absolutely hated it when it got warmer
than 10 above, because I'd get soaking wet wading around in the knee to waist
deep snow. Right around zero was perfect working weather.
Now there's no snow at all up there and people are actually complaining
because it hits 15 below? Geez. Global warming seems to be turning people into
sissies.
