   No, definitely not. The '73 westy I just sold didn't have that, in fact, that
was one of the cars I locked myself out of, and the one I had to break the
drivers side vent window on to get myself to work on time one morning. Nor did
the '68 bus I had, or any of the numerous bugs I had thru the years. Can't
remember if the '78 Rabbit diesel I had did or not.
