Yes, after a run w/out using the brakes and COASTING
to a stop CAREFULLY feel for heat on the drums and
discs. Then jack up each wheel and check for binding.
Good chance you got a spring on wrong, or left it off.
The rears are kinda tricky to get back together right.
That's why I do one side at a time w/ both drums off.
I just look at the installed side if I get stuck. Did
you lube all the caliper sliding surfaces w/ brake
grease after removing all the rust?
Another possibllity is a frozen self adjuster in the
rear. Clean and lube w/ WD-40, then light oil.
