[Vwdiesel] Looking for Used Golf or Jetta

Hello,

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions recently with my rear suspension
problems, got the problem figured out thanks to you guys, and will be
getting it fixed up this weekend hopefully. :)

As the subject says, I'm looking for a used Golf or Jetta, but preferably a
Golf. I'm looking for something in the 1989-1992 range. However, this car
needs to be a gas automatic. I bought a new Jetta TDI 5-speed about a month
ago, but unfortunately, my wife can't drive it because she has problems with
her wrist and finds it difficult/painful to shift it. I'd buy a TD automatic
if they were around, but they're not. Looked at a 91 Golf yesterday that had
some serious issues, so if anyone on the list knows of anything for sale
that's within about 3-4 hours of the Southern Maine area, I'd be willing to
check into it. My '89 Jetta TD will likely be for sale at some point in the
future, I'll post it here first when the time comes. Thanks!
