[Vwdiesel] Rabbit 1980 1,5L NA Qustions ? ( mystery year)

There was a US recall for possible (rain) water
leaking on the fusebox for certain early Rabbits. May
be in other countries as well. Recall stated could
cause unintentional engagement of the starter.
