[Vwdiesel] E Code Lights For 01 Jetta TDI

I guess maybe it had to do with weather, and generally poorer road conditions up
here. We get a lot of dull rainy days, often with heavy mist and fog, and most drivers
don't use lights in these conditions. DRL's are a definite bonus in this case. I've never
noticed DRLs to be any worse than regular headlights in the annoyance department,
but perhaps it just because I'm thankful they've saved my butt a few times to spot an
oncoming SUV doing twice the speed limit in the pouring rain who would have been
invisible otherwise...

At the moment, we're having a nice little heat wave (37C the last two days...), but this
is *not* normal for us. I still have my lights on though... maybe my A2 black hole
headlights actually help to suck the light out of other car's DRLs too... ;-)
