[Vwdiesel] TDI-Detuned European?

Whatever you might think of the vendor, these are NEW complete engines
and acc. Several have been purchased by people on VW related lists to go
into Vanagons of various models. I have not heard of any that are
running yet but progress is being made.

I considered one of these myself but the fuel quality concerns along
with the nearly utter lack of any parts support in North America has
dissuaded me at least until I hear of success by someone.
