[Vwdiesel] TD engine identificaiton

The only SURE way is to pull the oil pan and see
firsthand the piston oil squirters and notched piston
skirts. Up til '86 the TD had a different cylinder
head than the NA. After that, I think the heads were
the same. The '85 TD head number ends with the letter
"N". The "M" head is for NA motors.
