  I didn't remember the part about it being used in roof coating but the rest
is how I remember it.  I recall something about it being used as a gasoline
additive for something like a more even burn or such.  The stuff in most
2 cycle oil was very close in name to the product they were using with
gas.  Just one more or less atom of one thing or another.
