  Don't know where you heard that.  Jake had 100 or so and that's the highest
I've heard of that was dyno'd or G-Tec'd.
  IMO 100 is doable.  To go to 160 you'd need to push at least 20 psi of
boost, have a large intercooler air filter and exhaust and really crank up
the fuel and possibly change injectors.
  There's a number out there for the maximum HP the VW VE injector
pump is capable of producing.  Seems like that was about 160.  Maybe
that's what you're referring to?
