[Vwdiesel] Help water in cylinder

Help -  I just openend up the engine on my 25 dollar rabbit D and the
middle two cylinders were full of water - and it has been there for a
long long long long long long time -- about 2 years I think.   The engine
is locked up, I tried towing it in gear with the head off to pump the
water out-- no luck, it just drug a tire.

Has anybody had any luck with this?  It seems I might be needing a new
engine block...   any suggestions?
