[Vwdiesel] Help water in cylinder

  At minimum you need a rebore.  A friend let his sit, open one winter, with
the hood down.  Water had gotten into a cylinder an evaporated before
reassembly.  A couple months after getting it running he had starting
problems.  We pulled the head and after a little honing I ran my hand
down the walls to wipe them off.  There was a big (tolerance wise)
wallowed out area, kind of half-moon shaped, in one cylinder.  :(
The rust made the metal softer and it wore away.
