Oh sure, I used to use them all the time. We didn't have propane torches when
I was a little kid. And they must be fairly safe, because I used to play with
them when I wasn't too old, like maybe 8-9. Of course back then we had all the
fireworks we could afford as well. I think I got my first BB gun when I was 6
(and was allowed to run around with it all I wanted, as did my friends), and got
a pump up Benjamin pellet rifle at 9. Things sure were different then -- last
Summer I saw in the paper some kids here got hassled by the cops because they
had a bow and arrow. Geez!
