  It's on the top, back of the injector pump.  Yes, 12V+ constant, for
run.  Remove power to stop.

  If you're going to do any more than see if it'll start, you'll need a
cooling
system. You can't put it on a Rabbit tranny if it has a vanagon bellhousing
on it.  It'll run without exhaust but you'd better have hearing protection.
Of
course oil in the pan.  :-)

  Oil pressure sending wire/s, coolant temperature sending wire, any A/C
electrical and cutoffs.  Ignition wire should be fine for solenoid
activation.
I don't think these have a resistor setup which would keep the voltage
below 12V except when cranking.

you aren't running a wire all the way to the front for the switch.  You'd
also
want to use a relay in the engine compartment anyway to keep wire length
down.  Personally I'd wire in a GP relay in the back.  Then you're still
using
a turn the key, wait and go system.  :)
