[Vwdiesel] rings

In the vanagon bentley, it shows pictures of two different connecting
rod bolts. There's one type that is a stretch bolt (requires a half
turn, or some sort for the final setting) and another that simply
require a certain final torque.  I have always used the ones that
require a final torque rather than the stretch bolts. They're around $70
and should be replaced every time (from what I understand).
