Forest King I just did one from scratch. .Turn crank to you have both valve=
s on # 1 closed and the flywheel mark is TDC. Lock cam with plate in slot.I=
nstall pump with timing marks lined up.Pump can not be 180 out.Fill pump to=
 the brim (top banjo) --start and let us know. You can fine tune later.    =
