[Vwdiesel] Plastic Fuel Line Repair

Does anyone here have any tips on repairing the blue,
thin-walled plastic fuel lines that run to and from
the fuel tank? The PO cut them and installed a
"helper" fuel pump because the pump shaft seal was
bad! I'd sure hate to replace these lines. Tx.
