 If the idle speed is too low, it will shake the vehicle. A common bit of
wit concerning idle speed is to adjust for the least amount of dashboard
shake and rattle.  :-))  Maybe yours is a little low.
 Check for something like the exhaust hitting the body, also. The motor
mounts may have got shifted around to where they are transmitting the
vibration, too.
