Hard to argue with that logic. :-P
I would assume that Jon's climate is more humid and thus more likely to
grow algae than someone in say, Arizona.
The condensation is another reason to keep your fuel tank more full in the
winter. Even though the air is dryer, some condensation can form and freeze
your fuel line if the conditions are right.
