[Vwdiesel] Oil Pressure gauges

Any recommendations on oil gauges? Whats a good gauge
pressure for 1.6td engine? I see that VDO for example
offers several senders; what would be the best one?
Pressure switch at  7 psi?  Should I use the 150psi
gauge?  I take it sender threads are 10mm. Milton.
