Jon,
Something you can try is to view the "source" of that email with full
headers. This should display the entire chain of custody of that
message, from sender to its final destination. Pick out the ip address
of the originator, do a reverse ip lookup, this should give you the
owner of the domain, the administrators name and his email. Now you can
send hate mail and hopefully they can trace him down by the message ID.
