JP-5 is what the Navy uses at sea. All aircraft and support equipment.
Though, there are a few mogas tractors still kicking about on land
bases.

JP-5 runs great in a VW diesel. Not that I would know(wink wink;grin
grin) We generated about 10gals a night doing visual fuel samples(water,
organic matter, suspended solids) Nothing a good Bosch fuel filter
wouldn't filter out.

I don't have cold hard facts, but lubricity shouldn't be a problem. This
fuel passes through pretty complicated and intricate ECU's and
HMU's(envision auto tranny valve bodies) in the process of feeding and
controlling T700 turbines. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to use a good
quality additive anyway.
