Hello Folks,
Just had to pass this experience along.

In the process of replacing motor mounts in my MB, one of the lower cap
screws was rusted in place. This was in a recess in the cross-member.
The 8mm allen wrench I was using started to round out the head. S#!t.

Pounded in the next size up SAE equivalent from a from a socketed hex
key set. Rounded that too. Double S#!t.

There was no way to get in there with a torch or candle wax. I had
earlier deluged the site with penetrating oil. Triple S#!t.

Then I remember the Bob Vila commercial about the Craftsmen "Bolt-Out".
After a trip to Sears, even with the hardened round head of the cap
screw, this thing dug in ever tighter the force force I applied. Viola!
Cap screw turneth!

What a time and agony saver! I was faced with chiseling the head.
