  Haven't seen one like that before.  I put a regular windage tray in my 
Rabbit 
when I rebuilt it.  Reason was when it was a quart low (4 quart pan) you 
could feel the difference in power.  Although I haven't tried an on/off test, 

I did let it get about a quart and a half or so low (5 quart pan) and could 
still feel a difference. :(  The tray seemed to help but not as much as 
I'd hoped for.  It IS hard to really tell without a dyno and so on though.
  It's hard to accurately calibrate the seat of your pants.  ;-)
