  I have seen old fart Hagar , the hillbilly mechanic    --- remove and install those nasty two spring-clamps  in a matter of seconds       using no tools whatever.       I have  seen him jack up remove wheel inspecting wheel bearings  and reinstall ready to go in 3 minutes flat.       Yes with stopwatch in hand .
