P.S.- Car won't be driven all winter. (have a 4x4 Pathfinder for that.), but
I'd like to get OCT/NOV out of it if possible.


  Without actually checking, thos voltages sound about right for draw down.
Colder weather will likely pull it down a little more.  When you park it for
the winter do yourselves a favor and at least disconnect the battery cable.
Unless you plan to periodically charge it.  Or best is to pull it and keep it

in the garage and charge a couple times during the winter.  Otherwise the
radio, etc. will draw down the battery and if that continues, can ruin a good

battery.
  I found there are/were a bunch of "VW" solar battery chargers on ebay.
I got a couple but of course about the time I put one in the Rabbit while
it's sitting, the battery shorted one cell and the little solar charger could
in
no way keep up.
