[Vwdiesel] Water pump removal

I replaced the water pump on my 86 golf 1.6 n/a. No power steering, but similar
I'm sure. I got the outer half of the water pump rebuilt from the parts shop
for like $25. The housing it bolts into stays on the engine. I had a similar
bracket in my way. What I did was remove the timing belt, along with the water
pump and crankshaft pulleys. Then I had access to all those bolts holding the 2
halves together. Of course, I installed anew timing belt. I tried putting the
belt on without timing it. It ended up being a tooth off. It was fairly
obvious, knowing the sound of my engine.
