[Vwdiesel] intercoolers

I stand corrected.  The illustration in the North American '91 Jetta
parts listing shows the intercooler, but the parts are "not availble".
Engine codes RA and SB were only in Euro Audi 80/90 and VW Passat,
Golf/Jetta.
