Any suggestions on the best place to get a reasonably priced
set of wheels

  Local classifieds, "nickel ads" bulletin board at the local parts store,
word of mouth, wrecking yard, ebay...
  Wheels from 75 to 84 are a direct fit.  Later ones are bolt on but the
offset is a little more (less?)  You can find 4", 4.5" and 5" wheels that
for the most part, look the same.  The width is measureable and also
stamped on the face between the rim and bolt circle.  Get the width
you want and all the same prefferably.  This pertains to 13 inch wheels.
14 inch wheels may differ a tad.
