  Not sure about the later NA blocks but the earlier ones DO NOT have the 
bosses cast into them to install actual oil squirters.  Unless you have 
a full size milling machine and are proficient at it, it wouldn't be worth 
it just for the amount of work this one process would take.  There's a
surface to mill flat, a hole to drill and ream and another to drill and tap.

  I've modified two different blocks for "oil squirters."   They aren't 
pressure sensitive like the originals and they aren't as precise but 
the oil flow to them can be eliminated and they do indeed quickly 
transfer heat from the pistons to the oil.  :)  They are simple, no 
buck...  hillbilly?  ;-D
