[Vwdiesel] using vw parts cd with small monitor

ETKA doesn't demand a 21" monitor.  But your monitor does have to be set at
a very high resolution.  Minimum 1280 x 768.  I have no problems using that
resolution on my 19" (18" viewable) monitor.
