  No techs at our local one.  Just escorts.  Won't let you in the yard 
anymore without one.  Claims it's for insurance reasons, that they'll 
lose it if they catch anybody back there unescorted.  I wonder how the 
U-pull-it yards manage then?  I always hassle them about having an 
escort service.  :)
