Oh, you can co-gen all you like, they are very co-gen friendly, just do it
on their terms, and sell the power virtually for free, so they can sell it
to someone else for .10/kw plus the "green" surcharge.  Green energy
bringing in the green I think it is called...  there must have been a
memo...

My beef is, if the nom cost is $.06, then it is $06.  not $.005  -They
should really pick one story and stick with it.
